All SPEAKERS are kindly requested to upload the presentation to the main computer (ppt file format is recommended) at least 30 min before the session on the day of presentation.
The plenary lectures will last 45 min.
The scientific sessions are planned for 2 hrs–please contact the indicated chair(s) in the congress program for the details of the each speaker time frame.
Each presentation of Young Speakers should last 12 min (10-min talk + 2-min discussion).
The indicated time is obligatory and we kindly request presenting authors to pay attention for the time frame.
During the CEBC congress it will be not possible to use your own laptops for lectures/oral presentations. Please have your lecture saved as Power Point 2010 or PDF file (slide size - standard 4:3).
Awards for Young speakers’ session
The best oral presentation will be awarded.
The Awards Ceremony will take place on May 22, 2020 during the Closing Ceremony.
Your poster needs to tell a story by itself as you will be present at your poster only during the indicated poster session. Participants might visit the poster area also at other times.
Posters size: no larger than A0 size (ca. 80 cm x 120 cm) in a vertical (portrait) orientation.
Posters have to be viewed from a distance of 80 cm. All posters must be written in English. Each poster must have a top banner indicating the title of the abstract, the names of the authors and their affiliations.
Conference staff will help you to attach your poster to the board (stickers will be provided). Each board will be labelled with the corresponding poster number and the title of session.
Posters should be setting up before 9.00 on the day of the presentation and removed on the same day between 18:00-18:30. Posters remaining on the boards after this time will be discarded.
Poster copy service will not be available.
